RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return?
It's super easy to return your items within 28 days. Item's must be unused and in their original packaging. All footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs that the product has been worn. If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate box and mailbag to return your items back to us.
Kindly note that the orignal shipping charge is non-refundable.
All items are returned at the customers’ own expense therefore £2.50 will be deducted from your refund if you decide to use our returns portal below. Please note that if the items get damaged during transit due to improper packaging you might be responsible for any additional costs.
We can only process your return if the following conditions are met:
- items are unworn and unwashed
- all footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs that the product has been worn
- clothing items still have the SIMMI tags attached
- items have no make-up stains or perfume aquired scent
- items returned must be in a resale able condition
Damaged, worn, dirty, or any items that show signs of wear will NOT be accepted and will be disposed of, with no refund issued. If you have received a faulty item then refer to the “I have received a faulty item” before returning the parcel
Customers must keep a receipt or proof of postage until the refund or exchange has been processed in case the item(s) get lost in transit on the way back to SIMMI. We reserve the right to decline your refund if your return does not comply with the terms stated above.
Follow the instructions below to return your items via our online refund portal
- Repack your items.
- Login to our return’s portal below with your order number and email
- Select a return option
- Take your parcel to your selected drop off point and make sure you keep your proof off postage
- You will receive an email once we have received your return

You can also return the items via your own method to the address below: (please make sure you have included your order information and contact details in your return). please note that all items can be returned exclusively by post/courier, as we don't currently have a drop off point.

unfortunately we currently do not offer any exchanges for UK orders. however, you are welcome to return any items back to us and place a new order by following our returns policy here.
unfortunately we currently do not offer any exchanges for international orders at this moment. please check our size guide and product description(s) before placing an order. if you have any other item specifics you would like to know, please contact us here before making a purchase. if you have received an order and would like to change this for a different size/colour you will have return the item at your own cost and place a new order online. when returning your item, please ensure that you have filled in a custom declaration which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. the parcel must state that this is a ‘return of goods to sender’. failure to do this you may be required to incur any custom charges which will be deducted from your returns. if you have any further questions in regards to international exchanges please contact us here.
it's super easy to return your items within 28 days. international returns are at the customers own expense. on your parcel please state ‘return of goods’ on the customs declaration form which is provided by the local post office or the courier you choose to return your items with. failure to do this will result in you being liable for the customs costs. return the item(s) back to us to the below address:

follow the simple steps below to return/exchange your item(s).
on your returns slip, please select the items you would like to return, tell us why you would like to return your item using the reason key listed on the form.enclose your returns form inside the parcel before sealing your parcel (please ensure you obtain a proof of postage until your refund has been processed).
things to note (for all customers):
- please ensure that you obtain your proof of postage in case there are any issues with your delivery back to us.
- please allow up to 7 working days for your return request to be processed.
- once your order has been refunded, you will receive a confirmation email.
- all refunds will be refunded at the original purchase price using the original method of payment.
- delivery costs are non-refundable.
- if you are an international customer, you must make sure the parcel states ‘return of goods’ and that the relevant customs and declaration forms are filled in.
- please check with your chosen return courier that a custom entry fee will not be charged for the return of goods.
